|Recommended: YesA good place for what you pay — I came in here having heard plenty of stories about how bad student housing was. This isn't like that. It's far from a fancy, studio apartment, but you get what you paid for and everything works like it's supposed to. No complaints here.
|Recommended: YesThe furniture and floors need updating, but overall it's good. — It's a good place to stay, especially since it's so close to campus. If you have a car, you need to get a parking pass or good luck finding parking. You're in the middle of South Campus and it's crowded. If you like the social aspect of college, it's a good place for you. Close to shuttles. The apartments have outdated furniture but everything works. Management is usually good about responding quick. Overall, it's as good as most places in the area for the price.
|Recommended: YesIt is not the best quality, but it will get the job done. — I would focus more on the social aspect of the ward and the community around us.
|Recommended: YesIts nice enough. — good community and nice dorms
|Recommended: YesLocation, location, location — Super close to a bus stop. Great ward. Friendliest people around. Good communication from management.
|Recommended: YesIt is a very welcoming place to live. I love it — It is a bit small but it is perfect for college life. Everyone knows everyone and they try to make new people feel welcomed.
|Recommended: YesGood location, kinda grimy apartments — It's great living close to campus, and rent is rather cheap, but everything is kinda grimy and the shower is tiny and has zero water pressure.
|Recommended: YesIt's a really nice community and environment but it is a bit too old compared to the reviews and a bit too expensive for what it offers. Also the 50 utility rate should be more clear on that. — It's is a cool environment, the ward is amazing and very warm, everything is pretty good except just a bit too expensive for a pretty old building
|Recommended: YesUgly but close to campus — It’s just like living any where else.

|Recommended: NoGood location, good people, old apartment. — The property, apartments, and amenities are run down—especially the heating and cooling system, including insulation. The lighting throughout the apartment is not the best and the layout of the apartment overall is not ideal. My least favorite part of the apartment is the bathroom. Mold from the first day we moved in, tiny space, the walls are literally falling apart, and poor water pressure. It frankly just needs to be remodeled. They also charge way to much for parking but you will always have a spot— 25 bucks semester should cover it, not 25 a month. It does have a great location for BYU students and a great community of really good people.

|Recommended: YesDecent for College students — It's old, but the location is really good
|Recommended: YesNot the fanciest, but the pros outweigh the cons — Fantastic ward, incredible roommates, pretty well priced, and super close to campus. That being said, it's not the fanciest place. Maintenance has been awesome at coming to fix issues the very next day, but it's an older place, and bound to have some issues. I do recommend Southridge if you're looking for somewhere really close to campus I could make it to any of my classes from here in less than 15 minutes walking , and don't mind a place that's a little bit older and pretty worn down.
|Recommended: YesA little pricey for the quality — My roommates and I had a rough start moving into Southridge. Our particular apartment was positively trashed by the previous tenants. With a little care, it turned into a cozy space that's wonderfully close to campus. However, parking is rough unless you want to pay for a parking pass. Overall, I think I'm paying too much for it, but I suppose it's worth the location. Management is really helpful and issues with the apartment were fixed quickly.
|Recommended: YesNice place to live for proximity to campus and general ambient — You can hear the neighbors pretty well. The utilities and furniture are pretty old. We had a lot of issues at the beginning of the semester with appliances and smell but it's ok now. The area is nice. It is really well connected to get to a lot of different places on campus really quick. I haven't had issues with the website and paying rent and such. My roommates have but I'm fine. Nice to have laundry machines close by and they are clean All in all, a pretty nice place to live.
|Recommended: YesAdequate for cheap — It's basically sound proof and the layout is nice, but, our apartment at least, has many many issues. So far maintances has helped, but we still have a lot more fixes to go. Everyone here is very nice, but our apartment was wrecked by a family before we moved in and at this point management seems to think the remaining inconveniences i.e. our stinky carpet are our problems now. Again though, everyone including neighbors are nice. It is a convenient spot. The apartment is cute with just enough space. And it's relatively cheap, although utilities are excessively fixed at 50 EACH.
