|Recommended: YesNice place to live for proximity to campus and general ambient — You can hear the neighbors pretty well. The utilities and furniture are pretty old. We had a lot of issues at the beginning of the semester with appliances and smell but it's ok now. The area is nice. It is really well connected to get to a lot of different places on campus really quick. I haven't had issues with the website and paying rent and such. My roommates have but I'm fine. Nice to have laundry machines close by and they are clean All in all, a pretty nice place to live.
|Recommended: YesAdequate for cheap — It's basically sound proof and the layout is nice, but, our apartment at least, has many many issues. So far maintances has helped, but we still have a lot more fixes to go. Everyone here is very nice, but our apartment was wrecked by a family before we moved in and at this point management seems to think the remaining inconveniences i.e. our stinky carpet are our problems now. Again though, everyone including neighbors are nice. It is a convenient spot. The apartment is cute with just enough space. And it's relatively cheap, although utilities are excessively fixed at 50 EACH.
|Recommended: YesThe ward is the reason to live here fantastic people. — If you're looking for lots of space, nice utilities, logical charges and a trendy lifestyle, this isn't the place for you.
If you're looking for down-to-earth friends, the best bishopric in the world, a fun community, easy campus access, and a memorable college experience, this is the place for you. Southridge is awesome, but it's got character, that's for sure.
|Recommended: YesI have loved living here. — There a few obvious downfalls parking but that's an issue everywhere, a lot of the AC's don't work, sometimes staff is hard to communicate with but that I've had an overall incredibly positive experience here The apartments and nice and relatively clean, the location is ideal, and our maintenance guy Armando is literally the best He comes and fixes problems usually well and within 24 hours.
